ordinary users could not move icons around in the start menu,
Uggg, It seemed no users could change the default icons. My machine came with a "Sign up for MSN" icon that I couldn't get rid of. My kids would click that now and again to see what it was, it would screw up my internet connection every time. They no longer click on it, but I haven't figured out how to make it go away.
