Crap shoot.....but may be worth it. I won't go into details cause you are fully capable of doing you're own DD. Deal should be with Shanghai Bell by all my contacts. Announced but not the money. My understanding it is major for such a small company. They are in the right place, right time. Below $2 ....hi $10 plus. Takeover always a possibility. Look at LU recent takeover.
