Much of the financial chatter this weekend was that the Fed may have overshot and that rates at the June meeting will not be raised again. Interest rate sensitive companies have been hurt but if rates stop rising it will not affect techs at all. Also the internet bubble has burst. New funds into tech will find its way into quality big cap like csco and quality, low multiple tech as well. Look at some of the bargains out there in both big and small techs without the luster of csco who are growing at 20,30 & 40%. This is not the way overprice market of last year anymore. There is value in them thar techs.
