I am curious, how much are the 200mm wafers Al wafers used in Austin and Cu wafers used in Dresden?

I have been a little out of touch with Intel happenings other than Wilamette status of late ;-)

Milo... Intel has been doing .13u for quite some time in their development fab. If Process Boy was still around he would probably tell you about it.
