C'mon, folks, let's not rewrite thread history here. In the so-called good ol' days, some folks' dubious methods of debate included going to SI Admin with excruciatingly one-sided whines, demanding (successfully) the expulsion of "disenting" posters (yes, posterS--plural) from SI and that their "offending" posts be unilaterally deleted. Another thought: What thread was created in protest of this practice and who created it? Yet another thought: What prompted the creation of the DAR and Politically Incorrect threads? Film at eleven.
