NOW I know what you were talking about! All along, I thought you were talking about a movie star or folders!

Sanmina Corp. (SANM: news, msgs), an electronics contract manufacturer, acquired Essex AB, a local electronics manufacturing services supplier in Scandinavia.

Transaction terms were not disclosed, but it was a stock swap and will be accounted for as a pooling of interests.

Established in 1989, Essex was a privately held company with more than $170 million in revenues in 1999.

Shares edged up 1/16 to 69 on light trading on Island after closing up 5 5/16 to 68 15/16.
