I heard one of the large SV companies intends to grow 50% of its future headcount outside of SV.

I am not surprised.....SV will probably see more of that.

In the past year we have had 3 small biotechs and 2 small tech companies move up from SV......and costs are not cheap here (Seattle) but they definitely are cheaper than in the Valley.
