We give increasingly longer suspensions with each violation, and will sometimes terminate the member's account if the problem persists despite the longer suspensions.

If someone goes a *long* time between violations, we might use a 3-day suspension for a 2nd or 3rd offense. But if someone just behaves when "they come back for a little while", then starts it again, we use longer suspensions.

All of the above assumes that the violations are brought to our attention. If they're not brought to our attention, all bets are off.

Scanshift was permanently terminated and he never used profanity or threatened anybody.

He simply told the truth related to A@P.

I think it would be nice for SI to reactivate his account without his having to ask. After all, SI was wrong.
