Milo,

<You tell me your bullish and then throw me a grenade.>

And I thought I already was crystal clear about how I thought the Athlon ramp was not strong enough!

<List your Bull points and Bear Points.>

Bullish stuff:
- The Athlon family will most likely stay the high end for about 3 more quarters
- Some really good Athlon penetration on the business side will make AMD a strong #2 for some time to come
- Once AMD enables a good laptop chipset, I expect some good laptop SKUs that Intel may not be able to match for 3 or 4 quarters
- Mustang may become a nice server product
- Drsden fab capacity availability is a major plus
- Lead with Cu is good
- With EV6 infrastructure maturing AMD no longer needs to follow Intel on the infrastructure side (I think this is one of the BIG ones)

Bearish stuff:
- Growing market share will be extremely tough starting Q2 2001 unless Sledgehammer becomes visible.
- Bursting of the bubble of the ".com"s may cool down the PC unit growth and if that coincides with Wilamette ramp, ASPs may fall more rapidly than usual.
