Ralph Bloch was on the tube....He says if we hold today's gains, and DON'T do the late day selloff thing....

That the summer rally has started....he was asked, "so where should investors put their money"?

His answer: "Technology"..

It's simply amazing how the bears run and hide when there is even an inkling of a rally. Then when things turn south they're here to pound the table. What's amazing is that they have the nerve to suggest that they get pounded on for being bearish.... how can that be??? They're not around when things are bullish.... I am quickly losing respect for our thread bears.

Not addressed to me I know, but I couldn't resist a response. I think the enormous wage inflation and the consequential wealth effect went a long way towards creating the Fed's inflation concerns. Then on top of that we had the oil price inflation as well as the bubble stock market. It made for some real concerns that the Fed had to address. I think the Fed acted rightly.

So my new joke for the day: How do you identify a daytrader? They invariably say Greenspan is an idiot.
