Scoott - just so you know - The TSE does not guarentee first in at a price will get filled in any order - actually floor traders will ofetn fill their own orders in house first if they can.

On the VSE its first in line first filled - EXCEPT if its an allor none on both sides - then it can go thru. That last one you pointed out was obviously a cross
