yes - the volatility on the OEXs is wonderful ... I really enjoy trading them

one thing that has improved my performance lately - is looking at charts of where the specific options have been - and putting in low LOs on them. there is so much of a swing , that the LOs are hit more often than not

edit : except on those %^&&*^% calls ... I just have not been able to get rid of those things

Watch premium erosion on those puppies. They lose a fraction of a point daily and that will accelerate during options expiry week. As a rule of thumb, I hate to hold OEX options overnight because of that. Of course last week I violated my rule & lost 4 points because of it; had some puts that I could have sold for around 17 1/2 on Wednesday and ended up selling them when OEX was at the same point (mid 730's) on Friday for around 13+

Oh it is the market -- when the market sucks, OI's long picks sucked, now their put plays suck. They're in the same boat we all are -- which is why I like their overall market information. If I could just figure out where the market is going every morning, I'd be done by now! :-)
