Well when people see that with these approvals the fioundation has been laid for Osprey I expect we will see activity after people see the releases and do some homework overnight.These prices are firesale prices IMHO BWTHDIK. The Osprey PS-The Oil and gas sector is hot.Just a matter of time.OPEC meets the 21st of JUne and it is expected they will increase production 600,000 barrels per day.Not even 10% of US domestic consumption.Hot weather coming and air conditioners will be humming and this bodes well for NG price sustainance.I look for Oil at 27.00 by year end and NG at around the 3.25 level

Well Buckey.Let's see what to-day brings <VBG>...... (a)Let's see 12 well program in Alberta on the Jenner property with Crestar at the helm there. (b)The Livingston acquisition is approved. (c)The Bayou Choctau acquisition is approved. (d)Financing for 1.5 million debenture has been approved. (e)850,000 share financing at 1.00 with 425,000 warrants at 1.25 in the first year. (f)Letter of intent signed on another as yet to be named property.(I suspect the 2.35mm financing must have something to do with this). (g)US registration is pending approval I hear. Low shares O/S and first PP stock does not come free trading until Nov 26,2000 as no AIF has been filed by the company so there is very little stock available here.When this goes it should jump right to 1.75(52 week high) The Osprey
