countries;-) It is like DeBeers Diamonds in Africa..Now where is DeBeers????

Scumbria, Yes, you are correct, but we could produce much more of our own oil if the environmental fears were relaxed, and the radical environmentalists were not so feared all out of proportion as compared to their actual numbers..... Yogi
