Damn, more consultant agreement under company names with addresses that match the addresses of his prior "individual" consultant agreements.. "This Consulting Agreement ("Agreement"), dated January 26, 2000, is made by and between Coldwater Capital, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company ("Consultant"), whose address is 5309 S.W. 8th Court, Margage, Florida 33068, and eConnect, a Nevada corporation ("Client"), having its principal place of business at 2500 Via Cabrillo Marina, Suite 112, San Pedro, California 90731. " Ummmm.. Can't find my old post, but this address matches an individual with whom Tom signed another consultant agreement. What's the deal with these million dollar consulting agreement with the same 4-6 individuals using names and corporations and different mailing addresses?? Well, just notice, this agreement is signed by MARC TOW.. LMAO.. Two consecutive consultation agreements with 2 different corporations, but both are ONE AND THE SAME?? Come on, what else is coming? It's a rhetorical question of course..
