Hi!!
RE: Lackluster stock performance slashes Dell CEO's pay
Summary: ROUND ROCK, Texas--Dell Computer chief executive Michael Dell's pay tumbled 85 percent to $16.6 million as the
No. 1 direct-seller of personal computers wrestled with its worst performance in six years.

Perhaps someone can find the news release from Paine Webber that CNBC just commented on...PE ratio vs. earnings growth out five years...
A PE of 106 for any company at a growth rate of 20%..
Gosh...They didn't even mentioned a commpany growing at a rate of 30% plus....And IMO a growth rate of 40% by years end...

BUY DELL

Best, KEmble

Hi Mike,

There appears to be a slightly(?) different interpretation as to what is Michael Dell's salary cut and company worth.

According to CNBC's Sue Herrera, Michael Dell's annual salary was 3.5 million and dropped to 2.6 million for fiscal year 2000. That is roughly 26% below last year's compensation. He holds 321+ million shares in the company. That makes his stake in the company worth over 14 billion dollars.
