NR / Newpark Resources; 30K, 30K & 10K buys just crossed... Volume should tell us if order rumor is true... still cheap regardless. Laggard small caps still a good idea; like UFAB - just 1,2 significant contracts make a huge impact on them - new facilities - lots of bid activity to be awarded the next couple of mos - got to get in before the bids get announced; because the institutions will know first and all of a sudden - these small caps will have ran 30% before anyone knows what's happening...
