jay, i've got their most recent report... (May 10) price target of $200, while the current price was 73 1/4.... strong by recommendation. i don't believe they do any institutional work for SNDK, as it isn't disclosed in the report (which is a requirement). the analyst owns the stock and FUSI maintains a net trading market in the stock. don't know why they were selling today....i'll see if they released anything new. i'll snoop around and see if SEG is an institutional banking client, as well....

oops, jay. everything i posted was accurate, except the most recent report date, which was 5/24, not 5/10... still checking on "the rest of the story"
