How about: Ericcson takes Qcom back to court, "We changed our mind" they say. or DOJ sues Qcom: "We're being proactive: we know CDMA and HDR will be monopolistic so we've decided to act in advance" or The European common market says "We'll turn off our phones before we allow CDMA in". Have no idea what it would do to the stock price: probably down and up ten each during the day. Freeus
