I think he clarified it with a later post that it was 70% yields with binsplits in decent quantities up to and including 1.5GHZ. He also postulated that AMD might hold back everything faster than 1.1GHZ until needed. But he reiterated that his sources confirmed to him that significant quantities were binning out at 1.5GHZ.

Now, it could be that his sources were outpatients from the local asylum that, Paul like, forgot to take their meds. But it certainly sounded convincing.
