I'm not familiar with these guidelines by O'neil, but would
be interested in hearing what others have to say.

We did have a better than 2 to 1 A/D ratio today on both
the NYSE 2018 to 920 and the NASD

2729 Advances and 1304 declines.

I'm thinking that the volume was light.Anxiously awaiting my IBD this A.M..

quote.yahoo.com - it looks a little anemic.I think this level of volume is more indicative of short covering on some of the MOMO stocks and less indicative of a mass return to the market by institutions.JMHO
