Yeah, institutional traders will probably come back from vacation to do a little dumping. Once it becomes evident that they have too much competition in selling out and the selling is just driving their holdings lower, they back off and let the little guy spark a rally...then while the excitement looms, they show back up to get back to business. I say we reverse course as early as tomorrow. I'm sure there are plenty of institutions that want out of CSCO yet.

I have made some of my most successful trades doing what goes AGAINST all logic. Semis are known to weaken in the summer, but not this year, this year a shortage, go figure.
I've been quietly accumulating some semis and sold about 1/2 my shares into todays run. I rebot ATML near the close.
If this was a logical market, I'd have all my $$ in oil!
