That's very very interesting about the tax implications of options trading! Personally, I thank you very much, as I sold my QCOM 2002 LEAPs in a snit this morning. Knowing there's a possibility that I can purchase a different year (the 2003's) and strike price without triggering the wash sale rule (possibly) is fantastic. Thanks so much for keeping us informed.
