I think your right, the Oakland Daily Gazzette, quoting an article from the Omaha Press Democrat, said that if it hadn't of been for the Kerberos hijacking, Judge Jackson was going to give Microsoft 12 years to reply to the DOJ's proposal. You would think that the Microsoft attorneys would have know that.
