If you refuse to back up the statement you made regarding KK leaving JDSU due to the DOJ, then I can only assume that you posted to influence JDSU in a negative direction. Short sellers are a part of the market. Those who use dishonesty to create fear on i-net messageboards are low forms of scum who belong on the back of the Yellow Page's with the personal injury lawyers. (no offense bar boys) Step up to the plate and back up your FUD with facts or get the hell off this thread. Lets make a deal, If your Rumor turns out to be true, I wont post for 6 months.
