The par value of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company shall be $100.00 per share." I've never been impressed with Optical Brigade....way too expensive especially the binocs, and some of the info there is not correct. But what do I know....I do remember flipping it a least once last year...maybe twice.
