Nikon Coolpix 950,990 Excellent digital cameras....even accepts optional lenses. 2.11 megapixel 1600X1200 pixel resolution. My older brother has one, and I love to use it ;-) At work we have an Olympus SLR ...the number is I think 2500 1712X1368 resolution. Good luck... Annette

I bought my wife a Kodak DC 280 and she's quite happy with it. Spent a lot of time wandering web sites found via ZDnet.com. Check it out...leads you to more than you want/need to know about digital cameras unless you're a pro. kokomama
