Thanks Terry, Linear scale instead of Log on this chart. Makes the recent mania look much worse than previous ones. Maybe it is worse, but I doubt it. I think you really need to look at the % changes to compare the rise and fall rates in different eras. I'd be happy to build a log version of this if I knew where I could get the numbers. I've never figured out how to get my own web area going, but I could send you a .gif. Know where I can find the inflation adjusted data? Dan
