As I remember it, Softbank's acquisition of NCB was the turning point, where the shares began its massive decline. Now one would think that the failure to reach a definitive agreement would be good news.

At $1800 this stock was bullet proof, Goldman had a buy rating with a $400,000 yen target. Now the stock HAS corrected and all I read is how poorly the business plan is. Where is Goldman now? Funny how the financial arena works. I'm sure when this co. makes a charge forward, there will be plenty of analysts revising their thoughts on what a GREAT co. this is!!!
