Hi Anon

Re: "Pray tell, how does one know exactly when to sell the spike!."

In a bear market that is not the problem. The only problem is when has it become a bull market again.

During a bull market just do DCA .. correct?

Seems like .. just flip all the logic upside down.

Perhaps the short as an longer term investment could be considered ..

Doing DCA on puts could make sense .. you would probably want to have very specific exit target prices for them and take the profits when that target hits.

I'm not suggesting any one do any thing here .. just thinking on the net ..

How do you know when to sell the spike? Easy, just turn your graph upside down and pretend you are buying a dip. <VBG>
