Microsoft's vision is one of minions chained to their PC's; Sun's vision is one of empowered individuals accessing whatever they need from wherever they are.

If you bothered to do backups you'd see the value of some level of centralization.

Gary: Excellent points all! I don't understand what these guys don't get about the words "Silicon Investor". They seem in the most part not to be grasping the second word. Ah but the liberals took over the universities built by religion and capitalism without any invested capital of their own so why not try it on the internet? JFD
