SDL holding its own this choppy morning after downward indications in premarket. The "like clockwork" trading channel theory will break down at some point, if like all other things it is ephemeral... small float, hot stock, hot fundamentals... for LTBH shares, I can't see the logic of sitting out. Always painful to get back in higher if you were expecting lower...

Back last October, people used to say QCOM couldn't hold over 200. It would go up, then get slammed right back down. "Like clockwork". Even Jubak did a pessimistic piece about the 200 nemesis. That was right before the stock began its march to 800.

Short interest in SDLI rose 78% from April 14 to May 15, increasing from 613,801 shares to 1,093,105 shares, according to this week's Barron's. In contrast, short interest in JDSU fell 6.1% (to 28,463,311 shares), and fell 8.9% in QCOM (to 12,803,460 shares).
