Using Cyber out of NYC. Two days of being kicked out of the server , sometimes 10 times an hour, sometimes less. Let the folks at Cybercorp trade like that, not me.

Now, I've been running traceroutes, and while there are occasional 10% packet losses, the connection is fast <120 total ping, and I'm running on DSL.

Is this really beyond Cyber's control? The internet is not perfect, will never be, and a small, occasional amount of packet loss should be handled seamlessly by the software.

What's the problem?
