down (can you believe it) 8.33% on the news. I mean, come on investors, this can't be percieved as negative....the stock is massively undervalued, but what does that matter if the company can't get that message out to the investing public.

this sucks big time.

Fugazzi, I heard about Verifone. It was only bought a few years ago, but it's rumored that it will be spun out of HWP. IVI touted the takeover as good for them. well, the share price is about 1/2 of where it was back then (IVI), the fuKups.

POS equipment companies have had a checkered past.. Verifone is the only one where I made any money in this sector.. When they were bought out by HWP in 1997, they were paid 1-1 in HWP share, and I bailed when HWP hit 60 or so that year... Hindsight, that was also the year when we should have sold this one. Verifone as a stand alone company again is probably not good news for IVI or HYC...
