Talked with software support - was told that CyberX, and I assume Cybertrader, will kick off if the time delay to your computer is over a set number.

They ran a trace on me and I have over 405 packet loss and over time delay so that appears to be why I am being kicked.

Am waiting for they to send me the trace report to see where the loss is and see if it can be corrected.
