you can do your own trace. go to a dos prompt and

TRACERT CYBERCORP.COM

This gives you the route that you take. A better test is

PING -l CYBERCORP.COM

This will give you an idea of the network response time to get to cyber. I am showing a range between 121 to 128 ms. You should be below 250 for good performance.

I have not dropped all morning.

I am running pingplotter...and my avg ping is 103. I am not showing packet losses. so go figure.
