Howard, Your name seems familiar, but I can't remember from which thread when. Anyhow, it's certainly a sweet contract, but a strange equity deal. I'm new to the industry, so maybe this is typical. Anyhow, I'll be looking for the filing, then, aside from weighing it on its own merits, I'll have a look at the terms of the NT/SLR deal. I will post a comparison if it looks worth doing. I would imagine the products involved are rather different, so it may not be a great one. Cheers, Tuck
