We're right up against the old resistance areas in all the averages... we could bust right through, but the averages did stop right at them... time will tell if there's enough strength to blow through them.....

Good reason to be long the markets....and own a kayak...!

To me the most important recent date that marks any sign of a wet spot is July-Sept Highs in 1999. Otherwise the trend is up and markets will slowly grind upwards.

I'm not worried until we break 10,300 on the DOW and 1300 on the SPX. Then I might change my mind....!
Markets are building a base to go higher in the Fall.

Chip
