insider trading? why, who would have thought? i'm always looking at trading patterns of stocks before and after major price moving announcements, and imo insider trading is not just a phenomenon confined to biotechs. it's very common, with practically every type of stock. some anointed people always seem to get wind of things in advance...that goes for stock specific news as well as for important economic data releases.
