Tks again, Wes - did that and works fine.

Question - does one add up all thoes ms's to come up with a total? If so, I am running over 700ms TO CYBER.

But as Cyber software said, the problem is coming BACK FROM cyber, not my going to, and those are totally different routes.

He suggested I contact my ISP about getting a better route - which I did - BUT my ISP has no control over how it comes FROM cyber!

Cyber is showing sometime a good, clean connection and then as much as 40% packet loss and high ms times - then CyberX drops off.

There should be some way to find out how to solve the problem - it only started last week, never had it happen before, and I have lose CyberX about 20 times today.

Just can't trade with it this way.

Again, tks for the help.
