I think you will like virtual war. It is by Michael Ignatieff. I saw him interviewed on CSPAN and I knew I had to read the book. He gave a marvelous interview- one of the most interesting men I've seen on television- clear, reasonable, rational, willing to look at himself and his ideas critically. I am glad you liked stompfest. It is yours, I give it to you since you inspired it. Perhaps it will come in handy considering what you deal with?

Thanks for the update, Joan. I second X's endorsement of the book and should be really interested in your thoughts on it when you have a chance to read it. As for the teeth and the crowd in your home--ouch! Maybe it is just as well that I haven't been in your area of late? <VBG> If you want to short stocks and minimize your risks, feel free to PM me. I don't do it much, but I have a couple of friends who are artful at it. BTW, why do you call it "the stock market's misbehavior" when the screaming overvaluations are finally getting into line?
