I would hate to have my personal phone conversations recorded especially if I was talking about breaking the law.

Ms. Tripp started recording her personal phone conversations when Ms. Lewinski tried to involve her in a criminal conspiracy to provide false information to a court in a civil case.

I believe in our "Rights to Privacy" and if I had time
I could make a good case for Clintons Rights that were violated, You know as an Attorney ..it works both ways..

>>Tapeing a Phone Conversation is a federal offense'

No, it isn't so long as one party knows of it. And, of course, if there's a court order.

btw, Mark Levin of Landmark Legal stated that the reason Maryland has the all party rule is that Maryland is an unusually corrupt state and its corrupt politicians didn't want taping of themselves w/o their knowledge.

That's almost a word for word quote.

Better not turn on your TV, Jack's and Bobby's assignations are to be broadcast on two nets at the same time:
dailynews.yahoo.com

There were no degrees of separation between them and Marilyn. Too bad she paid the price.
