The village builders are in total command everywhere on this globe where there are financial institutions which can accommodate the cash needed to halt a run by the mob. They have every single politician (who has a say so in global matters) in their pockets. Some on their own free will others are now slaves of their past Anti American display. During the past 7 years in the EU all the cold war markers have been called in. There will be no recession. Not in the life time of present rulers.
