George, the Rydex ratio was 2,0 at the '98 bottom...it's 0,13 now. it has in fact made a series of extreme all time low readings this year. it's quite amazing that the NAZ swoon has barely dented it.

also, at the '98 bottom 20% of Rydex assets were in tech. now it's still 75%, and it was 90% at the height of the NAZ bubble.
