Well my 60min spoo will give a sell signal tomorrow at 10:30 if we close the 10:30 bar @1420 or lower. Than the selling should start heavy between 11:30-12:30 bars with a target of 1390.

You should remember that concepts of "oversold" and "overbought" differ greatly in bull and bear markets. Just as the bull could remain wildly overbought for months on end in the mania phase, so can the market remained oversold for a lengthy period in a bear phase.
