Similar to the last OPEC meeting I expect most of the drop in the price of crude to happen BEFORE the meeting. Not sure what it'll take to send us over OSX 140 near term though. The oil majors increasing their budgets would do it. At the first hint of shortages I would imagine the presssure on them to drill more will increase quite a bit - and it may just come from congress.

I'd like to see a bill passed giving tax breaks or something to ensure our domestic oil business of at least $15-18 per barrel. With a floor in place the majors would have no excuses.
