I have no fsomething clue. It looks like a cow magnet ... but glass is a mediocre material magnet-wise. Quality isn't good enough for optics, like some sort of lamp glass. So I'll hang it waaay out here and say it's not part of a light. (Would be perfect size for a desk light. Like the kind that flew around in Dune.) A piece of building material? Some sort of end cap for a wall of glass brick? That's my guess. Ooh! Ooooh! Wait. (Wait wait I know this) Pie weight. Pastry weight actually. Yah. That's it. Baking accessory.
