if we could trace them, i bet most of the recent fluctuation profits are ending up in the accounts of chinese nationals. they're manipulating Q plain and simple. for example, the announcement at the end of today timed to give Q a run in the a.m. bottom line is they have to use cdma sooner or later and we're best off holding all the Q we can & hitting the ignore button till then. they'll get squeezed eventually and start paying nice fat royalties

There still is a Senate vote to come. China has shown its hand. It will not abide by the rules of the game. They will manipulate every situation to their own advantage and the US will be caught offguard every time. I'll bet ya not one Senator has even looked at the divergences between what the US negotiated with China and what China is now saying given the House vote (the only one whose result was in doubt) is over. I suspect that the Chineese hierarchy are now mastering the art of day trading on line.

Maybe Unicom has not received any document yet but otherwise has been instructed not to proceed with CDMA. You need to read between the lines.
