Since you know it will be upheld, surely you should know how the stock price will react when it is. Hope that helps to answer your question. Let the thread know once this other part of your revelation is made known to you.

It will go up, because the uncertainty about the future will decrease, the damage will be known, and investors will know what they get when they buy the stock(s).
