If Actel chooses to walk away from Gate, then this company would be in chapter 11 and they could pick up any pieces they may want for nothing. It behooves them to keep it somewhat intact and pay $5.25 to control it. We smaller shareholders are strictly pawns in a bigger game. I will take my $5.25 and the lessons learned to another game.
